We have been chosen for inclusion in a new development at the Elephant & Castle. Developer First Base has submitted its planning application to Southwark Council in March this year. The application will highlight plans for the demolition of the old London Park Hotel and the construction of a Richard Rogers designed, 470 residential-unit, mixed use scheme. Due for completion mid-2010 we will be given the shell and core of a theatre complex ready to house a 200 seat auditorium and a dedicated education and community space.
