Returns
A list for returns is opened 1 hour before each performance.
To be eligible for a return you must put your name on the list in person and, depending on the order of the list, should a ticket become available for that evening's performance it will be sold on.
We cannot guarantee that tickets will become available.
Southwark Playhouse Ticketing
Tickets purchased from Southwark Playhouse will not be subject to booking fees.
Postage for tickets purchased will be subject to a handling fee of £1.50. Patrons may collect tickets at the theatre's box office at no extra cost.
Tickets are non-refundable unless a performance is cancelled.
All performances start at 7.30pm sharp (3pm for matinees). Latecomers may be asked to wait in the foyer until an appropriate interval in the production. If there is no appropriate interval and admittance will cause disruption latecomers may be refused admission. No refund or exchange will be offered.
